Pretty horrendous customer service
Pretty horrendous customer service. Don’t try to call their customer service line because no one will ever answer. You’ll be allowed to wait on hold for about five minutes and then the company will tell you they’re hanging up on you. It takes many days to get a response to your email. Stay away from these guys very far away. This is intended for a customer service in the United States. I don’t have any experience with this Company outside of the US.

Beach wear are superior quality, surfing leggings are values returned of you money. Design should be Global (Mediterranean) not only Californian.
Wetsuits will be my next investment.

Update: Now updated to 3 stars because O'Neill support / customer service has resolved the issue and paid all the money paid by me back. Case closed.

I ordered a pair of O'Neill surf boots, but they advertise with American instead of European shoe sizes. So received a too small pair, which I immediately returned the same day. Then I ordered and paid again for the more correct size. But they were not shipped instead without explanation the money of the last order was paid back suddenly. This is very probably a mistake, as the shoes should have been sent instead and that money should have been sent back for that first order instead. Despite all trials (many emails) never received any feedback about it from support or customer service and still no money back from my first order for the too small shoes. At the end I had to reorder boots at another vendor instead now.
They did not ship, no reply by helpdesk.
I ordered two pairs of flip flops. They were not shipped, instead I got a refund after a week, without explanation. I ordered them again. Same thing happened. I sent an email to the helpdesk to ask what happened. Got no reply.

Received an order with 3 mistakes in it, no response...
Received an order with 3 mistakes in it (wrong sizes, missing items etc.). Contacted service desk about 1,5 week ago, and send a reminder 3 days ago. Still no response...

The bikini bottoms are too small in the hip, I even ordered a size up and it was too big in the front and back and too small in the hips. Very disappointed, will return what I ordered.
